1. Buyer issues ICPO with Proof of Funds (POF) in the form of a screenshot, account balance, or MT799.
2. Seller issues Proforma Invoice.
3. Buyer sends the draft of the Letter of Credit (MT700 or MT760).
6. Seller issues Draft Contract
7. Buyer signs contract and swifts LC (within 5 business days).
8. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond (PB) within 7-10 business days after confirmation of the LC.
8. Shipping commences within 30-45 Days.
9. Buyer and Seller agree to abide by the terms of this procedure and not deviate or change any.
Note: All buyers must show POF upfront without exceptions.
